Adstika provides AI-based marketing strategy insights, performance marketing services, social media management, website and app development, SEO optimization, and digital advertising campaign management. The scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or proposals shared with the client.
All payments are due as per the terms specified in the service agreement or invoice. Payment must be made in the agreed currency (INR, USD, or EUR) via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted payment methods. Late payments may attract additional charges. Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees and must be maintained by the client.
Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. In cases where services have not been delivered as agreed, a partial refund may be considered at Adstika's sole discretion. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable and subject to each platform's own policies.
Results may vary based on budget, industry, competition, target audience, and campaign execution. Adstika does not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue targets, lead volumes, or ranking positions. Our AI-generated strategies and recommendations are advisory in nature and depend on various market factors beyond our control.
All website content, branding elements, AI-generated outputs, marketing strategies, creative assets, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Adstika unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets, logos, and content provided to us for campaign execution.
Adstika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party platform changes, algorithm updates, or force majeure events.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
